The attraction is housed in a
magnificent reproduction of the famous Grauman’s Chinese Theater.

For years, the façade of the
replica of the Chinese Theater was the symbol of the park until 2000
when a giant replica of Sorcerer Mickey's hat obscured the facade.
All sorts of movies are on
exhibit here. Poignant immortals of musicals, gangster movies,
westerns, romances, action/adventures and horror flicks are all relived.
Long tram cars, each holding 70
passengers, set on a slow but nonetheless very intriguing journey

More than 50 exceedingly
realistic audio-animatronic figures simulate those high-pedigree movie
moments by way of very evoking vignettes and other lifelike
propensities.
Mimicked here are among others,
Gene Kelly, Julie Andrews, Dick Van Dyke, James Cagney,
John Wayne, Clint Eastwood,
Sigourney Weaver, Humphrey Bogart, Ingrid Bergman, and Margaret
Hamilton.

There are two prominent
hijacking scene: one involves a gangster plot, the other a cowboy theme.

There is an appropriate queue
for the choice of the two.Several scenes might not appeal to sensitive
visitors, such as disturbing scenes from “Alien” and the “Wizard of Oz”.
While in queue, guests will find
conspicuous the many movie props and costumes displayed in showcases.
